    Create your supplier account and answer a short questionnaire — company name, location, the kind of stones you carry, monthly volume, primary lab.

    Upload your KYC documents on the next screen (business license, tax ID, sample cert).

    We review

    Our team reviews your account personally. We may ask for a sample stone listing or a quick call to align on terms before approving.

    You'll get an email the moment you're approved. No black-box vetting.

    Connect your inventory

    Send us your stocklist however you already track it:

    • Scheduled DB poll — point us at your SQL / Postgres / MySQL

Aska takes a margin on the sale

We make money when your stones move, not when they sit in a database. Margin is set per-supplier based on your category and history — discussed during onboarding, never hidden.

How orders work once you're live

Buyers request specific stones; you approve or reject each one within Aska's 24-hour supplier SLA. Payment is authorized up front and only captured on approval — rejections become free voids, so you never owe a refund and we never charge for a stone that didn't ship. Approve via the web inbox, the mobile app, the API, or just tell the AI assistant.
